Here is to you.

Here is two years without you.   1000 little things made you the best grandma on the planet.  I couldn’t imagine putting it into words that do it justice.  50ish odd years of marriage later, and he still thought you were the prettiest girl in the crowd and he never let you forget it.

I’m so incredibly proud to be your grandkid. You were the very best, an I know you always said that we don’t owe you anything as your grandkids except to pay it forward.  You were so good, I don’t know if we can even begin to do that though- at least can go down trying right?

Here is two years without you.  I still miss you every single day- but I’m a better person having been your grandkid. and Every day I’m realizing I’m far more like you than anyone could have thought.
